My new sanwa joystick came with no mounting plate

I have the old se mounting plate but so far it seems like it wont work
it fits with the stick but their are no treads for the screws
what should i do

take the nuts out of the original base. They are probably glued in there. take a screwdriver to wiggle them free.

I used the Screws to push the Nuts out.
