It’s called Gem Fighter and I have no clue what system it was released for. But, you don’t need a console for it. Just get MAME and check it out on your computer. He is sooo adorable.

Also… We d/led mame one, but we couldn’t get it to work. Obviously not compatible on my brothers laptop.
