Very generous of your Jason. :china:
One more week of leveling up - sounds good to me, actually. :bgrin:
Yea, rather or not nelson goes. Im going Jason
Jason always comes through for South Florida Challenge so I will be going.
If I ask around and get enough support from the community you think Vampire Savior can get run, at least as a side tournament?
We are planning on being there from Cleveland –
Thanks again to Jason for loaning us vital equpiment for Season’s Beatings:Redemption last year.
btw his arcade is AMAZING and I can’t wait for the ST comp alone!
also I do not enjoy or play SSFIV but I agree that an arcade side tournament is a GREAT idea, and that might be a real bonus for people looking for a tournament to travel to this summer.
I will be there for SSF4 and ST
ST on Sunday means I’m available. This is looking promising for me
WOW. I thought Nashville Tennessee was the south?
tougeki quals…?
def coming to this.
-edit- didn’t realized you changed the dates. Looks like I won’t be able to make it but I still need to come down and see your arcade one of these days.
Kentucky is considered the Midwest and that’s 50 miles from Nashville…we’re still the same distance we were from St. Louis and Indy when we had MWC in Chicago all those years and Nebraska, also the Midwest, was 8 hours WEST of Chicago, and not a lot of people went to that. It’s all about location but we plan on putting up a nice show.
Negro Justice will be updating the first page of the thread with hotel and airport information. I will be more responsive on letting everyone know what machines we are using for arcade stuff and such as soon as I get back from Chicago near the end of March.
Tougeki I don’t know yet, have they announced the tournaments?
Yes, most of the game have been announced with ST coming back. http://shoryuken.com/f223/tougeki-sbo-2011-st-267069/
I’ll see if it is possible. I know we can do Arcade ST again easily.
I guess another tournament decided to move their dates to our dates as an EVO qualifier even though ours have been announced here for awhile and we changed ours to avoid everyone else’s. Gotta love it.
I’d be down for another Tougeki qualifier, the last one was a whole lot of fun. Probably won’t enter it again, though, I’ll just watch.
Who’s making MWC '11 avatars?
It’s being worked on, we are going to update the game list with more tourneys soon…still can’t believe some people run PS3 for their tourneys these days sans Tekken, LOL
Also updated with SSF4AE tournament

All of these are literally within minutes of the venue.
Stuff to do in Nashville/Nightlife:
Snooker’s Billiards down the street from the venue. They have a bar, billiards, arcade cabs, and go-karts. Info below:
Snookers of Hickory Hollow
1015 Bell Road
Antioch, TN 37013-3105
(615) 731-5573
There is also Bailey’s, a sports bar, in the same area as the venue. Good food and beer (I recommend the Pear Woodchuck), decent music, cute waitresses, pool, darts, etc. 21 and up and they do card:
Bailey’s Pub & Grille
5316 Mount View Road
Antioch, TN 37013-2307
(615) 731-4999
Also, Downtown Nashville is approx. 15 minutes away. There are bars, (strip) clubs, and restaurants aplenty there. I will post up more soon on Night Life specifics.
If you’re able to get the qualifier back to your arcade how many cabs can you dedicate to ST? I can bring two copies of GMC and two link cables to do h2h setups.
