I’ll concur with this statement. Although I have gotten some good advice from the few good friends I’ve made on XBL and used that knowledge offline.
XBL has definitely made me appreciate offline play immensely. My brother has become my greatest Rival. I also appreciate being able to go to Nickel City every weekend or so for some good Casuals. :tup:

I’ll pop in for the days was there last MWC and got mopped pretty good yet i feel im alot stronger then last especially in TK5 on stick. GGXX and SF3rdS and shoot might try some SF2 if i can hack it. Just want to get better and have some higher calibur matches and i’ll bring my stuff just incase a extra tv or system is needed. I do have a friend who has Garou for PS2 and he’ll bring that and CVS-2. So yeah in June and holler at the Chi-town folks -Elven and crew. Bringing in Bloody Roar2 for some beasting and Gundam Battle Assualt for WTH moments haha.

Chicago has over 14 different transit trains so it depends on where you begin (which airport or bus station you will be comming in)
The absolute closest train stop is Lake Cook Road on this line http://metrarail.com/Sched/PDF/mdn.pdf
however, if you are comming in from O’Hare Airport it does’nt make too much sense to take this train (there’s a Pace Bus (suburban bus option)).
If you coming from Midway Airport then you can catch the “Orange Line” and transfer to the train I linked to above to Nickel City/Red Roof Inn motel (at Lake Cook Road Metra Station).
Every year I post transit info but no one ever used it. If you want more details on exact transfer points and costs PM me. It will take longer than a cab but would also be cheaper.
