im having trouble super jumping wow doing the rom is their a ez input to doing the super jump, also whats the timing when u land and when u are suppose to input it.

The only thing i cant do is the SJ H addf H they are too close to the ground for me

ok guys i have a question here like i see alot of combos here for mag but which one will be more practical to used. im thinking fly fierce and the rom xD I see most high level used fly fierce and the rom most of the time.

fly fierce and the basic loop are the most practical i think.

I still cant get the Reps…i only can get one hit
Like i can Do the H Add H but after that no more due to them being too close to the ground…what im doing wrong

i find the “rom” infinite too hard,i can only do 2 reps of the non-super jump rom infinite as the character just gets too loo. i just do a modified fly combo, it only does slightly less damage then the typical all fierce fly combo before meter but u are less likely to drop it and u build plenty of meter too because building meter isn’t scaled, plus u can end it with a magnetic shockwave or a gravity squeeze. (i personally wouldn’t end it with a magnetic shockwave, i would prefer to for for a cross up or something and then when i get 3 meters end it with gravity squeeze. The rythem of the reps with 2 hits vs. 1 hit is actually easy to follow

c.l, c.m, c.h, S, sj.h, ad/f, sj.m, sj.h, xx fly, f.l, f.h, ad/f, f.h, ad/f, f.m, f.h, ad/f, f.h, ad/f, sj.m, sj.m sj.h, sj.S land, gravity squeeze. (427 k without meter, 800+K with gravity squeeze)

This string builds 1.4 meter (not including super) unless u do this off a first hit or something ,u will probably already have 3 meters to kill off a character. if not u build meter and do 50% damage, so 2 combos and u should be able to kill anyone. when u land after the sj.S u can x-factor cancel and then go gravity squeeze to kill anyone.

Maybe u can do an aerial exchange with the last hit but i never tried it.

A bit of a noobish question, but does anyone experience the issue of accidentally doing an aerial exchange when attempting to perform a fly combo (probably due to hitting back+S)? Any tips on how to avoid this?

i think there’s a better combo out there than fly fierce. the one i use only does 400 less damage, builds a ton more meter, and is just as easy (if not easier) to do. the :m: :h: loop is more forgiving than just :h: alone.

c.:l: c.:m: c.:h: :s: > :h: adf > :m: :h: xx fly > :m: :h: adf > :m: :h: adf > :m: :m: :h: adf > :m: :m: :h: :s: -> (whatever OTG you want: gravity squeeze, shockwave, etc).

for the first attack after fly, i find it easier to do L attack then medium and the damage lost is negligible, but that combo is top notch too

i used to do only 3 reps of mmh, mmh, mmhs and if the character gets to high u can air dash up forward as opposd to forward

what i want to know is there, and what is, the proper method to unfly and keep hitting then land and do s.H xx light hyper grav xx magnetic tempest.

like say i do that fly combo string and get into the corner, can i unfly and attack and then land and do s.h into hyper grav into magnetic tempest

I’m not sure if this was known or not already, but in the corner you can combo into an air tempest marvel 2 style.

leaves you in good position for a mixup with overheads, throws or lows.

You’re hitting the S button too fast. Before you finish your input for flight. Do the input for flight and then hit the button.

You hit the input for unfly and then wait like a split second before you hit the j.H. It’s all about timing.

For you guys having trouble with the Rom here’s how I perform it if it helps: After launch let them get a little bit of air then superjump and immediately input the first H then wait a bit before you airdash foward/down to input the second H (which you should delay a tiny bit as well after the airdash),Then from there just superjump straight up (no more letting them get air anymore) and repeat.

If you find they are getting to close to the ground then use M on the way up instead of H (which is useful for smaller characters). Using M slightly gives them more height so you can keep them in the loop.

This is the method I use and it seems to work for me consistently ,I usually can get 6-8 reps this way.

I just cannot get the timing down for the M-H adf loop I can do it once then I just drop it after the second adf. any tips lol?

The loop listed in OP is different than in DS’s rom vid anyways I can’t get either to work fuck gotta practice this for a while.

yeah my timing is getting is little better, I just need a shitload more practice lol.
