EDIT: I gotta agree with the people who like his voice. I think it’s awesome as well–sounds fucking epic and I could totally imagine him having that voice if he was real. He still needs to lay off the human growth hormone though wtf.

Looked like all it did was instantly cancel your current animation to make new combos and regain red health.
I think it’s always done that. You can look at older videos and the speed boost is definitely noticeable, chun moves like a rocket ship… Thor’s Thornado does like, 40% chip damage under X-factor.
Not actually sure it if improves defense though.
