I love how, when she wins, Hsien-Ko juggles deadly weapons with a childlike innocence. How old is she, again?
Chick looks kind of weird I was not expecting that AT ALL.
Is it just me, or do the three darkstalkers seem to play really well together? Felicia’s low assist plus Morrigan’s weird dashes… and now Hsien-Ko, who spends more time in the air then out. Morrigan and Felicia have ways to build extra meter, and Tenraihai is the famously awesome Vampire Savior super.
All I’m saying is I know which achievement I’m going to unlock first.
I love the air run. I won’t be playing her but I really think they did a good job with her
She looks fantastic to me. One thing that I don’t think anyone’s thought about is that KFC’ing her falling spike super after the weight drop into another super will probably do insane damage because the spikes should get the benefit of the buff because they haven’t hit yet. I’m curious to know if she can do her pendulum from an air dash. And also that Gong is… damn. If it’s an assist that’ll be fantastic.
Unity was horrible today, all I wanted to know was if people thought if Hsien ko can cancel her pendulum swing as fast as she used to be able to. They seemed much more interested in her voice actor and the audacity of her taking mega man’s spot.
But this isn’t unity so, do you guys think she can still cancel it on start up? Also in one game-play video it looked like the initial hit of Tenraiha hit Sent when he was still airborne does this mean it might still be an overhead? I hope her j.mp still has crazy good priority.

Felica, lei and morrigan make a strong team.
If lei assist is the gong then she’s def gonna be a strong contender for a higher tier. And the VS team would be that much stronger. It would help Felica ground game out tremendously

In her reveal trailer you see her KFC Tenraiha and not only does the follow up super do more damage but the spike balls that fall from Tenraiha look like they get a damage boost as well.
Why does everyone seem to stop at “super > KFC > super” instead of going to “super > KFC > combo > super”? learn2baroque, mang.
If Tenraiha still hits overhead then Felicia’s low assist is definitely a great pairing for either of the other two. I’ve had that in mind for months. >_>

I don’t know how you define “as fast as she used to”, but it was shown in the vids that she can combo out of it.
Also I don’t think mobility will be much of a problem for her. That gong looks like it’s a real game changer. It’s one thing to negate projectiles, but to reflect them?! It pretty much cuts the legs off of spamming characters and if someone wants to rush you down mobility isn’t a huge concern.
If the Gong is an assist, Hsien-Ko’s definitely going in my team! Anyone wonder what would happen if she throws her dizzy star at an enemy after She-Hulk does her dizzy grab?
Who needs mobility when you can set two reflects and just walk forward?
Damn it, I’m getting too hyped for her.
My only guess is ease of use, and the fact that it looks like super > KFC > super is more than enough to kill the low stamina characters. Also, damage scaling and hit stun decay? I dunno.
