I’m sure i’ve seen it as “Mobile” in one comic or the other. It’s not like every writer knows what every Marvel acronym means at every moment in time (just take a look at how many versions of SHIELD there are). Besides, it’s not like MODOK has been all that prominent lately (or ever. I mean other than the What the-? thingies and that special full with short stories where he again showed up as a joke character MODOK has barely existed in the MU)

But anyways, if you say its “Mental” then ok. I haven’t checked but that very well may be what they’re going for nowadays (and for the game, by extension).

Actually, he has been shown up alot lately, hell he and The Leader were the Big Bads in Fall of the Hulks and they were both deadly and competent and their plan nearly succeeded.(They even captured Doom,Reed,Pym,Banner and T’Challa) and he mad other appearances in other books. He also had a one-shot issue last week and he even had a Mini series called “MODOK’s Eleven”.

So no, it’s not just the “What The?! thingies” and he clearly has existed in the MU. Also, the “M” has always been for “Mental”. Always!

I have to dasagree with this. I personally think Magneto’s sounds very regal and distinguished. It’s totally different from MvC2, but it still fits him fine. so far i’m prefering Tron’s English Va more, her Japanese one sounds way to childish and timid, while her english one has more of attitude behind it.

Agreed, Magneto’s voice fits him greatly.

Lunch Rush hyper always makes me smile. Was by far my favorite hyper in 2.

They used slight variations MODOG, MODAM etc, but there wasn’t ever two that used the acronym MODOK. At least not to the best of my knowledge.
