There are a lot of considerations in certification of films and games. For example, quantity and intensity of the language. Mild language can involve frequent use of words like ‘damn’ and ‘crap’, or it can be a single usage of a less acceptable word like “Shit”. A game does not go from ‘Mild Language’ to ‘Extreme Language’ on the basis of an isolated example, although there are exceptions.
I might be wrong but I think that’s intentional. We call her ‘Ama-te-ra-su’ but I think she’s pronounced ‘Ama-te-ras’ in Japanese when spoken normally, kinda like how ‘desu’ is pronounced ‘des’, or Japanese Ryu VAs say ‘Tats-mak-sempuu-kyak’
I think almost all VAs will call her Amateras, unless its a special name like furball or doggy.

I have to dasagree with this. I personally think Magneto’s sounds very regal and distinguished. It’s totally different from MvC2, but it still fits him fine. so far i’m prefering Tron’s English Va more, her Japanese one sounds way to childish and timid, while her english one has more of attitude behind it.

I think its just cuz ive had the mvc2 voices soo long, it sounds weird otherwise. I think magneto just sounds absolutly dumb, doesnt strike any terror or badassness, imo. Tron is alright, its just im used to the jap va.
As far as what the VAs are saying, Hulk and Spidey are the two that are making me the most anxious.
Oh, and Captain America calls Wolverine in by saying “Wolverine.” Not the most creative thing, but its something I haven’t seen yet.
I think everyone has a specific voice clip for every straight tag/Exchange they do. Its just that many if not most of them are just yelling the name.
I wouldn’t post it if they’re just calling names as they are; including Amateras. xD (Or calling specials and hypers as their exact name)
You’re pretty much right, except if the “su” syllable is in the middle of a word, such as in tatsumaki (which is actualy the “tsu” syllable but whatever), you do pronounce the vowel sound.

Aye aye! The whole “Amaterasu” thing is that its just quicker to drop the “u” sound to make it faster to call out.
