I’d go with the first idea, organize by character, then put it all under those characters rather than organizing by type… Seems especially good since the intro quotes aren’t always bilateral ( Viper has a special intro quote for MODOK but MODOK uses his generic intro line in that clip )

Actually, now that I think about it, “Give up now” is probably just a DHC quote. I had remembered hearing him say it when he used his level 3 in this combo, but it didn’t occur to me it was probably because it’s a tag-in.
