Actually, getting banned in Gfaqs is very very easy; they recently hired 12 year olds to run the place and you can get banned for stupid things like criticizing a game.

gfaqs is no longer a gamer community, it’s a poll system for Gamespot to sell to companies, you just have to check out their polls of the day to realize this. Pure unadultered marketing.

Same here… but Capcom is supposedly working on it (or so the front page says). Definitely annoying in the meantime, though.

Take 5 minutes to learn it. I didn’t go to Guilty Gear and Blaz Blue forums and sites and whine about the numpad, I saw it was the norm and went with it and learnt it and now I can read both forms of notations, and as someone who can read and understand both, my opinion is that numpad is superior.

Use whatever you like anyway, I can read both.

Quick question: does anybody know how the rank up system works? Right now I am an “8th Lord”.

It seems like people who have a winning record have “lord”, being around .500 is “ranger”, and having a losing record makes you a “judge”. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, how high do the rankings go? Anything after “1st”?

I just found out if you hold either assist at the face-off screen before you transition into the match, the corresponding assist with start at point instead of the person you pick first.

I agree. Seems silly and unnecessary. I understand the purpose behind it all but I think their reasons are blown out of proportion a bit. It is as easy as saying “KFC = XFC”. Done, hardly derailing. Not to mention there are bigger barriers for newbies here other than terms.

Well let’s see. If they don’t, they’re complete and utter hypocrites, and if they do make you, they’re still assholes.

I’m going to say it right now, unless they start infracting a whole crap of other shit, they’re hypocrites. I wasn’t really on the side of KFC, but now I’m going to use it every two seconds.
