Quick thoughts: Capcom likes their numbers (e.g. SF4 had 16 characters on release which is 4 times 4, and 4 EX bars), so I think it’s reasonable to expect that MVC’3’ would be 3 vs 3 again. IMO that was one of the reasons why the game was so fun.

If the game is truly a sequel to MvC2 then I would pay any amount of money for this… I would easily get my moneys worth from it. You could sell me a brand new console that ONLY played MvC3 and I would buy it.

My main concern is the speed.

Street Fighter IV is so god damn slow to me… I honestly don’t see how people play it at the speed it is set on.

Please don’t fuck with the games speed, Capcom. As a guide, use the speed of Magneto to give you an example of the fastest character. We don’t want a magneto that is slow as fuck, and we don’t want an overall slower game. And yes, I speak for everyone. lols.

You can almost gaurentee that there will be DLC for MvC3…if they really wanna deliver to the fans an keep that $$$ flow coming its gonna happen.

Its not that Capcom wont do major DLC, because they sure have done so in the past for previous games, but competitive fighting games need to be complete out of the box, adding in major things like characters or rebalances or anything new to the gameplay periodically could be a disaster for the competitive community.

Make the low tier characters actually decent.
