Looks like a timer bar appears over her power bar. I guess that’s how long she can stay hidden. Also you can see the ground dust when she jumps at Cap. Seems like it might have long range.
She’s looking good. I expected her to be in and she is. 
I’m pretty sure it just activates the slash when you initiate an attack on them, considering the hit particle before she finishes him, and that since you’re free to move, that would be the most likely way it activates. The level 3 just puts you in that state.
X-23 got that hate going on. I definitely gonna use her.

I just like she’s got her own play style with moves to boot and not being a “true” clone of Wolverine(having his moveset), that would be a waste of a character slot.

Wow I really thought that shadow was Ms Marvel but after someone pointed that hair was too short it made sense, anyway the reaction from this board is amazing I’m probably gonna get flamed but I actually like her not because she’s a Wolverine clone but because the direction the game is going.
I know everybody wanted a household name like Storm/Scarlet Witch to be announced 1st but come on at least have an open mind until some of the other characters are announced and then decide.

Well, you have to consider that despite being a relatively newer character. X-23’s gotten quite popular, at least enough to spawn a couple of minis and her own book as well as frontine roles in New X-Men and (adjectiveless) X-Force. That, and it was her popularity in X-Men: Evolution that brought her from there to the comics in the first place (similar to characters lie Firestar and DC’s Harley Quinn).

I’ve personally never known anyone who’s liked X-23. Then again I’m not into the whole emo scene. Is she really that popular or is Marvel just trying to push a new character?
You have to consider that out of all the new X-Men they’ve created, she’s more or less the only one that seems to have stuck and graduated to the big leagues, even getting her own solo (aside from her solo minis).
Personally, while I was intrigued by the character, I really became a fan when she became part of X-Force when she returned to being an efficient stone cold killer. Her almost robotic, personality with a muted humanity that she could effectively turn off during missions reminded me of Cameron (Summer Glau’s) from the Terminator TV series.
Also, interestingly enough, most of the folks I know who like her are actually in their 30s.
X-23 is pretty popular even before it was learned that she was wolverines daughter (clone) once it became official she got even more popular. She’s really the only character to make a spot for them selfs after NYX, and stay around.
She’s been in 2 minis the X-books, Xforce, a a few others. Plus issue #1 of her book just dropped yesterday. In a nut shell if you like wolverine you should like X-23
