If you mean x-23 =p then, no she can’t get hit out of it as of the build Seth demonstrated, and yes, there is a timer if I recall correctly.
Technically, “Wolverina” is a different Marvel character from a different timeline (Earth-89923), that was created as a joke for What The–?! # 11 (Marvel’s Mag of Mirth and Mayhem) in 1991, years before X-23 (or Moeverine as some are wont to call her).

It should better my odds of throwing in some normal attacks before going for the unblockable aswell. Anymore of it’s properties (you are aware of) would be welcomed.

Haven’t seen much use of it, but there was one video where someone killed the opponents 2nd character with x-23, popped the lv3, then hit the last character on the way down from the character jump in with the unblockable to finish it off. looked pretty legit.
Does anyone know if her lvl 3 ends if you push the E button when out of range for the grab. Perhaps she has a whiff animation or does she just do a launcher under those circumstances.
I was just wondering but has anybody else noticed that from the TGS Build of the game to the CES Build X-23 got a health nerf? I was re-watching the videos of her, Wesker, and Dante on GameSpot after watching the ones where Marn would use her randomly at the Secret Event and it seems so.
Nah, just never shown much taking hits. She had lower health than Logan if you watched the vids. But faster and has higher damage output.

Even more ironic that it’s the same writers (Craig Kyle & Chris Yost). Maybe they didn’t like what they originally did as well and decided to try to actually fix her when she came into the 616.
You only go into lvl3 if you land E close, no whiff animation only hit animation. You can cancel her qcf moves with E. Her assist is gonna be hard to make it otg, its hella slow
