Quick question Row. If you had played Clockw0rk at evl, what team would you have used? And what strats would you have employed?

– I would have used team mag/cable/sent in that order. First of all i would be attacking him from the beggining of the match. Watching for doom and calling cable when I see him out. All I need is one clean hit with magnus. Once strider dies, its pretty much cable defense the rest of the way. But, the longer strider stays in, the lower my chances of winning are. Don’t get me wrong, that team is tough. Make sure you don’t get frustrated with the cheese, though, thats when u get in to trouble.

– Yes it is worth learning. It’s very damaging and very useful in sentinel fights. When any character sjs, u can follow them up and do the COMBO. It’s very safe because ur going up with the lk and then flying afterwards. Especially when mag or storm sj then dash forward, the COMBO is applied. Thats not a show off tactic either. Thats how I play my sent! And crossups also!:evil:

– D+pp, because, I guess its faster to press down, then d/f. Who knows? hahahha but d/f feels wierd. But there is no special reason, not that I know of.

– Yes, but they are semis. Until sents fly juice runs out. Heres one in the corner without unfly, but it’s very hard. I can only do 3 hits. I don’t even know if it’s an infinite.

While flying and opponent is on ground.

fk, unfly, fly, fk, unfly, fly, fk…

When opponent is in the air.

fly, lk, fp, unlfy, lk, fly, lk, fp, unfly, lk, fly, lk, fp…

You can also do infinte shorts, like fifteen of them. While flying.

lk, unfly, lk, fly, lk, unfly, lk…

Heres a cool combo too.

Launch in corner, lk, fly, lk+magnus, fp, unlfy, on the way down, lk, re-sj, lk… then anything u want.

I have another question, do you know what’s the secret for triangle jumping through shockwaves ? I remember I tried to punish somebody’s assist with a shockwave, then he accidently triangle jumped through it :eek: :confused: do you know how to do that ? what can sentinel do to avoid shockwaves and be able to punish magneto quickly ?

When I do the Cable j.Jab juggle into AHVB, when would the situation call for me to do j.Jab, land, j.Jab, j.Fierce xx AHVB rather than j.Jab, j.Fierce xx AHVB?

I’m not RowTron and’ll probably NEVER be anywhere near his level but, IMO, probably when the opponent really close to the ground, but still in the air, and low enough when the regular j.lp->j.hp XX AHVB would whiff at the j.hp.

Coming from a spectator’s POV, it looks to me Rodolfo really wants his UnFly mode bad. I mean, he doesn’t neglect it at all, he uses it rather well, watching him in the videos with him vs Kuan at ECC is a good example, he did that one fly LK, unfly LK, refly LK. And in aiding Sentinel rushdown, UnFly blocking is probably really important. I mean, would you want to get hit by an AHVB while in a mid air battle with Cable? I think not!

Wasn’t Commando the last guy you had alive at the Grand Finals at Evo. When Justin left the game and threw his hands up in the air and there was like 13 seconds left, why didn’t you just walk up to his characters and HK Glitch throw? Isn’t 13 seconds enough time to fully drain 2 characters?

nah, there was like 4-5 seconds left and comando was down to 30-40 % of his life and he had to fight justin’s whole team, storm was still alive.
