Yea so had a match were my whole screen was haze blue an the wireframe circle grid thing from the character select screen was floating across during the match! Yet you could still barely make out the actually match behind it all…WDF…
I played a few rounds in a friendly match with my buddy. During the first round i chose MM/Doom/Cable; and then the next round i chose Cable/BH/CapCom. During that 2nd round, instead of Blackheart having a normal sprite, he had Doctor Doom’s sprite. Instead of throwing out those meteors for his super, he was dropping doom sprites from the sky. Unfortunatly the game froze during the match, so I could not take a picture of it.
oh and a basic IM infinite drops after a while, even when timed the exact same way. and yes i’m picking them back up with lk when they drop lower, and more often on sentinel. anyone noticing this too?
i know what youre saying. both rom infinite and im infinite i am purposely adjusting speed to coincide with the input lag that is happening and for some reason shit just stops comboing. this has happened with me doing sentinel inf with strider as well, where it just stopped comboing for no reason
the only reason you could hold your own was because of the 2p 2k bullshit. Easy mode is wut we call it so man up and play without it.fighting games were meant to be played on arcade sticks and marvel just feels more accurate when u play on stick,not to mention it takes way more skill to pull off fast fly’s and infinites with a stick opposed to the 2 button dash. I know because i too was a 2 button dash relying scrub once upon a time and i relied on it wayyy too much,so take it from me,leave the pad and get a stick cause once u learn it well on stick u wont go back to pad. I’m not trying to start shit either just giving u a heads up thats all.
oh and yea marvel online sucks for the most part. Its ok for getting ur quick crack fix but if u really want to get serious matches in stick to tournaments or local gatherings. The game is as good as it gets online i mean wut did ya’ll expect? Ya actually thought we were gonna get a near flawless online version of marvel? Yea right!!! We all wish that! So for wut its worth its ok online for random play but the game is loaded with bugs and glitches most of which comes from lag. I say play online if ur trying to learn the game or just have no competition at all in ur area or u just want to fuck around a bit,like i do lol. But stick to the dc version for serious play,especially if u have access to consistent competition.
It’s the same for me as well. Regardless of how many times I save the settings. Once I quit the game and play it again, the controls go right back to the default settings.
When everyone’s talking about their PS3 freezing, are they talking about the game freezing, fixable by hitting the Home button and leaving-then-restarting the game, or the entire PS3 freezing requiring a power cycle? Because I’ve only had the first one happen.
are people getting random losses? Some ragequits I get the free win, but there have been a couple where I lose? I have two accounts because I have too many friends and one i havent lost yet, but it says I have 2 losses? I’ve had plenty of ragequits on me and i think i’ve been gettin slipped some losses
