Yeah…you stop the combo meter and the opponent has recovered and can throw you as much as you can throw them…which is why most throw combos end up in tech hits.
Think of it like this…is it even possible to hit Short after dashing that fast without either sliding your index finger or pressing your thumb immediately after?
does magneto without psylocke take more skill than mag with psylocke???
