im on PW branch. Mineola is only few town away from mine, by train id have to transfer at jamiaca… it wouldnt be sensible

also if its 24th, im going to sports plus since danny said he will have soulcal2 tourney there and i havent played that game in ages. I also promised i’d come down to play anyway. So if the tourney is on 25th I’ll just get to the westbury nathans myself with my friend, otherwise i cant go.

Ren talked to them, and he says there were two owners there. One of them tried to rip the other one off for $7000, and afterwards the guy decided he didn’t want to do business with someone like that, so he took away the machines. I was supposed to play Chaz there today, but when I dropped by the place was empty and a lot of the machines were gone. It’s a shame. Luckily for you guys though, MvC2 is still there. Unfortunately, for me and the other non-MvC2 people, everything else is pretty much gone. While I’m glad the SvC and 2k3 machines are gone, I thought we could have gotten some A2 Zero or some other tournies going. I doubt they’d get A3, CvS2, 3s etc. after this…

I’ll head to Sports Plus later this week to see if they’ll let us host a MvC2/GGXX/CvS2 console tourney there, and also I still have to check out that other spot in Smithtown. I’ll update on the status of the tourney by Thurs.

there’s a place in Smithtown? dang, ever since I started working in Long Island, I’ve been looking for places to play after work/during lunch hour but it seemed like nobody really knew anything. so where is this place in smithtown exactly…and where is Sports Plus? I’m an LI newb.

sure. i work in holbrook, but i live in queens so jillians is on my way home. i know it’s somewhere close to nathans, but where is it exactly and how do I get there? how about wednesday or friday?
