Anybody know a good PI lawyer on LI? A UPS truck ran into my mom’s car and totaled it, and probably gave her permanent injuries too. I hope not, but just any way I think about it we’re gonna have to take UPS and this asshole truck driver to court. They’re trying to say it was her fault, but there was a crossing guard and at least one other witness that told my mother the other guy was at fault and ran a red light.

eek. Make sure it gets reported if you haven’t done that yet. Besides that if she got slammed any pi lawyer should do, they will all be able to get a settlement for your mom.
