Yes Illan is ass. He’s been playing online long enough to know how to get aroung certain things. Josh doesn’t really play much anymore. I guess ill play world, I here’s he’s the best now.

Well online is different than online. What I’m saying is everytime he got me I just nodded and said to myself “smart stuff” cause I deserved to get punished. He wasn’t relying on lag tactics, whenever he got me he actually cornered me in such a way that I made the mistake and got hit.

When I first played him he did things like that and they worked. But after a while his resets never changed its was always the same thing. So it took like 2 games to really figure him out then it was free after that.

I’ll agree to the last bit. He doesn’t really change his resets. Personally I feel that resetting with IM is kinda dumb cause infinite to super is 100% in almost every case but… whatever.
Well I beat him too, but I wouldn’t call it free. But you were asking about good IMs, and so his name came up. At the top level anyone who plays IM should be able to do guard breaks into infinite or air to ground. So I said Illan cause his play is really smart. But if you just care about the execution then pretty much anyone who can do air to ground and corner breaks is godly then.
Illan is one of the only top players who can start IM and still win with a decent win ratio. Almost everyone else uses IM just for DHC super into guard break into infinite. He may not be the best, but to me he’s like clockwork. Plays differently than everyone else and does well at what he does.

I don’t know how I would keep up with that phenomenal play. Great IM to have to land 3 combos on each character to land a kill. +1 points for the raw tag ins to infinite. I suppose dropping combos is “online” strategy.
I guess Illan sucks because when he catches me once with IM my character is done.
