Hey guys, I’m kind of a noob. I’ve never actually played MVC2 out of my small school arcade. Definitely going to be a lot less skilled than most of you, but I’d like to come out and see what is out there. What’s the best time/days to show up to regency? I’ve seen a lot of stuff about tomorrow and saturday on the thread… I’d probably partake in some small MM’s with people of my similar skill level (if there are any) and probably people who are better than me just for the sake of getting better. All in all just wanna get out there and have some fun/get better.

Tomorrow Dara and I are planning to be there around 2 to get some casuals to warm up for his MM’s then afterwards he wants to run all his MM’s after 3. So again just to clarify, me and him are doing casuals to warm up for his MM’s then afterwards he is game for everyone else.

But if I were you, I would do the 1k MM, I’ve played you enough to know how good you are and I think you have a really good chance against Juan. Stopped by yesterday for the first time. Had some fun. Got beat down by dext a bunch of times (I was the dude with the black beanie playing MSP all the time), I think stoopidmonkey was there (I heard dexterous say the name a bunch of times). Overall seems like an awesome place to chill. Seems like there’s a bunch of different skill levels. Looking forward to being more a frequent regency player.

Yesterday I mainly went to see if the sticks were working. They seem alright in my opinion, the only problem was towards the end when one button stopped working.
