yeah, that’s true. I asked duc if i could use some things he’s been doing for a while. Not cause it’s new or anything, it’s because not everyone in the country has the means to play top players in SoCal. To me it looks like the beam actually comes out and Mag dodges it, proving anthoneezy wrong (beam doesn’t come out therefore Mag can cancel into fly). Lower right clip shows Mag screwing it up?
Mags can definitely dodge the beam. I saw Yipes do it at the first Seasons Beatings to somebody.

edit: I watched it again and I don’t get it any better. I mean, I know I’m used to slower games and I’m a pretty scrubby player anyway, but I can barely believe that they can deal with that sort of speed and chaos, let alone formulate strategies within it! I can’t even tell what’s going on and they’re busy trying to outsmart each other? High-level Marvel play just blows my mind, man. Hahah.
