I gonna say involving movie rights for MvC4 is definitely a bad idea. Beside, X-Men, along with Fantastic Four series’ involvement are very important, but keep it less to add some characters that are completely important for this game’s audience, and luckily that Marvel already planning to revive X-Men series starting in 2017, let say 90s color teams (Blue & Gold) & RessuXion comic title.
Fantastic Four on the other hand on having their character, Ego as a human-type alien dad of Star-Lord instead of J’son on MCU, as well as in some issue of post-Secret Wars Spidey comic where Spidey still waiting for F4’s return (starting from Johnny Storm) back to Baxter Building are the first steps for progressing the movie rights and comic series return
As for Spidey (the Spidey from Capcom Crossover Game Universe), his death in Spider-Verse better be an AU/outside the main crossover universe or explain how he got survived from Morlun despite being defeated by that Inheritor, he is important character to be included.
