It’s really hard for a video game company to die. I’ve heard people say Nintendo is going to die a million times and I basically just say “yeah…right” and then they come out with a new system and a new Smash.
Capcom and Nintendo are kill proof. No matter how big and dark of clouds you put over them, they always find a way to shine through them. They’re just sitting on too many iconic things to die and always find a way to pull fans back in when they screw up. Their screw ups don’t have the ability to do them in.
Everybody wants to kill those companies, but they never will.

I personally don’t see why people hate so hard. I’ve had a blast playing every single MvC game. Even though there were things I disliked in MvC3 I still had a blast playing it.
I’d rather have a company try to make the next game better rather than give up.
Lol at people talking about Capcom dying over this. Really, they could fuck everything associated with this up in the worst way possible and throw in SFxT style gems that are “always on”, and it still wouldn’t kill them.

How? Capcom didn’t tease Marvel 4 at all. They didn’t say a thing about it this entire time.

That’s not on Capcom. If this blows up in my face it was because I let my expectations get the better of me.
Capcom isn’t going to say yes or no. No will any company.
You just show up at the door and find out. Rumors and leaks are your only way inside the door early.
MvC3 producer tweeted:
“Thanks for keeping the love for the game going! I would love to make #mvc4, but nothing’s happening on that front. RT”
That was months ago. Also, word is that Niitsuma has nothing to do with this.
That’s why this is so good. Even if somehow after all of these rumors and the guy who leaked 2 Marvel 3 games and SFxT before say stuff and it DOESN’T get revealed or they say there’s nothing available yet, they will have a constant internet firestorm on their ass to the point where they will pretty much have to release it or put it out in the open.
People KNOW they are making a Marvel 4 at this point and for them to not show it after all the rumors is just them setting themselves up to have to show it at the next event and the next event after that. They’re most likely going to let the cat out the bag tomorrow so they can get this shit going.
That news is old as fuck and the MVC3 producer most likely is not going to work on IV. With the way things are sounding even though it’s kinda crazy in itself, Ono and Combofiend may have hands in this one.
With that being said though, if he WAS working on an MvC4 and was explicitly told to keep it under wraps, that’s just the kind of thing he’d say about it.
