MvC1 is the only game in the series Akuma missed. Strider only missed vanilla MvC3. Commando is a huge fan favorite and the devs from previous games of the series are developing this new one. His chances are good. Those three are way too safe. There’s nothing to lose with them.
I don’t care about chances. These are still assumptions and not proven as safe. IMO, other than Chun Li, all other capcom characters are safe if they are confirmed to be in the game. I get a high number of people believe these 3 will be returning but there is nothing out there that can make anybody say they are completely safe.
I don’t believe him either but there is still a possibility of him and everyone else being wrong about Commando.

The handful of characters in hiddenone’s image were certainly safe bets, and you could argue he is too, since the MCU has significantly raised his profile over the last few years, but he’s saying Loki’s a DEFINITE, and that Thanos could potentially be the Boss instead of SigmaTron, so I’d say some of THIS happening in the future could prove whether he’s real or just full of it.

The list of characters i know who will be in the game (other than the 12 I gave in my thread) are Dr. Strange, Loki. and I guess Sigtron and Thanos counts now (however there are still rumors of Sig and Ultron being separate) Only Marvel, all are expected because of the MCU. The character that i referred to as unstable is Wolverine because Marvel has this issue with this whole Old man Logan thing.
Characters that I can remember that have been referenced on the draft but not decided yet whether for initial, DLC, or in the game at all.
Doctor Octopus, Vulture, Songbird, Gamora, Venom (not sure if Brock or flash) Ms. Marvel (Khan), Rocket Raccoon (with Groot or with out), Star-Lord, Ghost Rider, Iron Fist, Daredevil, Ant-Man and Wasp, Jessica Jones, Punisher, Luke Cage, Magneto, Sentinel, Doom, Deadpool, X-23, Cyclops, Black Widow, Hawkeye, Dormammu, Scarlet Witch…
On the Capcom side: Jedah, Pyron, Felicia, Wesker, Leon Kennedy, Edward Falcon, Asura, Date and Jin

Today Fri Jan 13th will be the 40th day since the Morrigan & Cap reveal.
The fact that he would claim he works for Marvel is already a red flag. Why would anyone risk their job like that?

I have to say… imo SigTron sounds shit. They should have gone with Ultima. But I guess itd more obvious who the two characters being referenced are with SigTron.
They could also go with SigTron Ultima. That sounds pretty scary.

I feel like Loki would get in over Hela. I definitely don’t see both of them getting in, since Marvel has a lot of titles to represent and if over-representation will come from anywhere it will be from the Avengers.
Hela is the main villain of the third Thor movie. Her chances are high.
Much like a lot of things in comics, her size depends on the artist.
Marvel doesn’t really care about their movie villains besides Loki, Ultron & Thanos. That’s why they’re usually afterthoughts in the movies; there’s also little merchandise of any of them. Try to find some merch of MCU Zemo or the bad guy from Dr Strange.

Kinda bummed Dorm didn’t do more in the film, even if the “bargain” meme is hilarious! Hopefully he comes back, since I’d think between MVC3 and the film he’s at the peak of his popularity right now. I’d think they’d be begging Marvel for Shuma and/or M.O.D.O.K. again too, given Capcom’s love of freaky characters, or even my man Blackheart!
