Psylocke
I’d go for Psyclocke, the only character I truly want is Juggernaut so I can HEAD CRUUUSH! Personally I think all the original MSH cast should be in the game as a legacy thing, Wolverine, Magneto, Shuma Gorath, Blackheart, Dr Doom, etc. We’ve already got Thanos and the Avengers.
Psylocke isn’t coming back so might as well forget about her.

Kinda weird that Marvel Heroes Omega removed the Fantastic Four (Mr Fantastic, Human Torch, The Thing, Invisible Woman) but they didn’t touch Doctor Doom. Is he considered sort of separate or did Fox/Marvel give some more time for him to exist in the game? You’d think he would be removed as well if they intention was to get rid of all the Fantastic Four subuniverse characters
She is super irrelevant, but I’d be happy with any MSH characters, especially Juggs, I’m glad Thanos is back.
The one thing that would really turn me against Marvel and the game right now is if Star Lord doesn’t make the final end game roster. To have Rocket/Groot, Gamora, Thanos and Nova but not have Star Lord, I’d definitely feel trolled, the salt will come with vinegar and be extra salty.
But reading this (spoilers below) Star Lord seems to have a lot of relevance to what’s happening in comics, movies and this game right now.
For example his alliance with Nova and Thanos, and future business with Jean Grey and contact with the X-Men, reading through it, it seems that MvCi falls somewhere half way between the timeline after The Age of Ultron and before the “Trials of Jean Grey”. Given that the Dark Phoenix movie doesn’t come out until 2018, it kind of explains away the X-Men as they’re just not relevant to Star Lord and the GotG at this point in the timeline.
It’s almost as if they’ve tried to go canon on this one, after reading that you could argue that Star Lord is the main focal character even though he’s not even in the base roster, as his history and future seems to tie in perfectly with the MCU and the irrelevance of the X-Men until future events.
Im gonna put it out there that we’ll see Wolverine, Phoenix and Cyclops at least, in future DLC.
They didn’t remove him because he is the main villain of the game, or something like that.

Anita… But she should be in adult/grown form that appeared in VS/DS3 Dee’s ending. She could be like a persona or jojo bizzare like character with also spiral and donovan mix.

Psylockes irrelevance makes her a perfect x character to return.
Like everyone said Electra is a fitting substitute to compensate for Psyclocke
Too bad her arc in Daredevil was garbage and no one actually likes her.
yet everyone mostly like her here assuming she’ll play/function like Psylocke… which is just FG fans and nostalgia fans interest that would even make their other interest be least priority for her. i don’t even think psylocke was as relevant like she was before to the current Xmen fans/comic even with her recent appearance in the movie… they probably routing more fore X23 and Shadow Cat which was more relevant to the Xmen of today and to Wolverine’s connection and relationships for the last 2 decades… Its like Jubilee how she fade into obscurity… or maybe it was just me IMHO.
I know she could do crazy combos in COTA and MSH like everyone else but what made her memorable and standout was her Assist in MVC1 and 2. And I don’t think Capcom nor Marvel will prioritize Electra just to be a relevant assist like her.
Screw Psylocke, if you want a dope ass female character with tons of potential, not to mention a villian? (a much needed character type) You can’t go wrong with
Typhoid Mary.
Speaking of COTA characters and Juggernaut
And since we cannot get the BEST OF BOTH WORLDS
for Juggernaut and Colossus I think we should go for
Colosonaut which is more hotter and better than the both that appears in Avenger vs Xmen.
It’s like watch out Sigmatron and even Gogeta.

Colossunaut can keep both of the best that is Juggernaut and Colossus as an alternate costume.
The dominant persona is remains to be Colossus which is better because of being a russian mutant warrior that is trained by the Xmen but with the capabilities of the Juggernaut which is stronger and mystical.
He could also be interesting match up and conflict with Hulk or with Hulk’s alternate costume the Red Hulk.
