only questions i’ve got are when? and where?!
It will be at Thou Shalt Game Entertainment in Temecula on Thursdays and should be the first week of February. I’m working on a specific time of the day, whichever’s best for the community.
This sounds pretty sick!
Awesome! I’m glad you like the sound of what I’m trying to do. The day might also change. I was thinking maybe Saturday nights. Any night is fine just as long as it’s not Friday night. The venue has engagements on that night. I would love to hear what the community finds to be the best night to hold the tournaments.
can’t make it saturday nights for me, also it might conflict with us guys who go to OFC on saturday nights. i’m open on tues and weds.
I understand that after speaking to the venue and some of the local scene that there’s not a perfect day for everyone. A lot of people can’t make it on a weekday and most can make it on the weekend. The date’s not set in stone but it looks like it might be Saturday or maybe Sunday, most likely Saturday. I know OFC has something they do on Saturdays but the tournaments I’m doing are most likely biweekly and I know a lot of people want something local so they don’t have to make a commute. I want people to understand that I just want what’s best for the community and I’m not trying to start a conflict of interest.
all good, no need to cater to everyone, just have a scene and a place to play, i’d be happy with that!
Great! I really would like if you could come by for our first tournament. If you’re able to make it to OFC on some Saturdays consider give our tournaments a chance too.
well ofc is biweekly also so this could definitely work
Wow I didn’t know that, that’s great! I’ll just fluctuate on the weeks they’re not doing it so theres no conflict of interest. I’m looking forward to starting the scene here and giving everyone in the area a place to play, get better and come together.
I would really like to start talking more to the people from around our area. When I build this scene, I wanna give people a very legitament scene. The same kind of equipment you’d find at any professional major. The only way this will happen is if people actually want it to happen. I’ll supply the tournaments with everything you’ll need. I just wanna know if there actually are people here who really want a real local scene. If there is, please spread the word as much as possible. I can’t do this without people who are willing to make this happen. Again, if there’s any questions about the tournaments, please feel free to ask.
it’s kinda like a “if you build it, they will come.” no one’s taken the initiative to actually do much for the scene except for jed, but i’m sure once we have a location and date, people will start to show up. i know of 3 or 4 people in temecula that i’m sure would be down to play.

Hey just wondering if TC is ever gonna start a new meet. I can help out by bringing consoles games or whatever. I use to get together with this other group out in menifee but that group died out. I’m interested in starting a new group and I’d like to help in anyway I can
