If possible id like all the Founders to be onsite. We need to go over the next half year payments.
From my calculations if 20 people decide to renew their “Founders” account we will have to pay 150$ each.
Now if more people renew and other people sign up we can save $$ or use the extra $$ to get new stuff or use it to HYPE future events.
Please if you can make it tonight I would appreciate it.
For the other people who come on day to day base or monthly base we will need to see what we will do with this… As of now HQ has not been opening as often as it use to for several reasons… Also HQ in the 1st place is not a business … in reality its more of a club “a la” EMP ARC … but we are running a different model … Im not saying people wont be able to come play if they are not members “founders” … We need to work on our new strategy of how the place will run and how we will use it.
I know we dont have 10 setups and it would be impossible to have 10 setups unless the arcades were removed … but ya at this point they are not moving yet…
I did put up for sale my MVC2 arcade board and 3rd strike if anyone is interested (Cabinet sold separately) get in touch with me.
So ya if anyone has plans / ideas post them we will talk about them…

Dear Founders,
It has come to the end of our 6 month package. Im pleased to announce that we were able to get 2 months extra out of this.
How will this work now ? Pretty simple this time around insted of 200$ to become Founder, the price has dropped to 150$.
What if I dont want to be a founder anymore you ask ? even more simple … since you were a founder you get to still come February & March but then your founder account is gone.
So here is how it will work.
Founder Accounts : 150$ (we need a minimum of 20 people to re-up to keep it at that price) (if we make extra $ it will be used to help make things better for MTLSF & the HQ.
Monthly & Walk ins … price should stay the same… We need to have a Founder meeting ASAP about this guys … As you know Myself and Smokey (the ones that were able to open everyday) are now too busy and we cant guaranty HQ will be open to Public as often. Key Holders issue we will have to look into it … we might give out more keys to trusted people that can actually help and open up at the same time…
To me HQ has been turning too much towards a business type of place and we all agreed thats not what we wanted … so we gotta rework things … i know people like to pay 5$ to walk in and play but the thing is HQ was not ment for this we accepted to do it to help new players get a feel of the scene and what not…
So ya $$ must be paid by next Tuesday if possible please… If you want to be founder and cant pay next Tuesday just contact me personally please.

All new founders kinda get 2 months free if they sign up now because the current founders accounts really end in March… just think of it … all new people should consider this… 150$ for 6 months of unlimited play & learn at HQ and the chance to help your local community…
Most of the people that come to HQ for walk ins come like twice a week thats 10$ … X 4 weeks = 40$ x 6 months = 240$ … now pay 150$ and you can come any day its open … thats what I call a fuckin nice deal and the chance to keep HQ alive and growing stronger…
I forgot my bag at HQ yesterday(It’s Renato). Is it going to open tonight? I’d like to go there and get it, and of course, games.
