Man thanks everyone who helped me find foonzo.com and recognize everyone yesterday and friday (pierre, jimmy, sam, smokey, song and thelo) it was great meeting you all… MAYBE I might come down once more tonight if I can find the time but ill probably be packing up since I’m leaving tomorrow… What’s this arcade I read about on Sainte catherine I read about on this thread on the previous page?? I know nobody serious goes there but I want to check it out.

Hi guys!

I’m pulling this thread up… for one question!
Introduction: I’m a French SFIV player, currently living in New York.
I’m gonna visit Montreal this weekend (from Friday, Oct 5 to Tuesday, Oct 9) and I was wondering if you guys had like an arcade center or a place in which you usually meet to play SFIV and/or if you had something planned this weekend (like a ranking or whatever) ? If I get some free time I’d be glad to come meet the Montreal community out there! (and should I speak French or English with you? I’m confused )

PS: I read addresses given above by various members, I’m just asking if something special is planned this weekend and therefore in which place should I go =)

There’s a UMvC3 tournament on Friday at 9:00 pm at Foonzo. It would be a good night to go I guess to get the chance to meet the ppls

Sorry guys spam help spread the news,

7pm Thurs will be the last team Canada Qualifiers ($25 entry) then the round robin will be right after to be on Team Canada.
There is a possibility that there is a 2nd Team Canada if Team UK doesn’t make it which 70% chance they aren’t going to make it. The winner of the qualifiers will be on team Canada or may have a choice to be Captain of the 2nd team Canada. And he can select his team, but CCG will confirm this on Weds.

Also, we will be playing a tournament 7pm for Umvc3 top 5 will be on Team Canada ($25 entry) this is an exhibition vs USA, prizes tbv.
One last thing you do need to be registered for the event to participate.
