I saw this post didn’t get answered, so, first I’ll say that James Chen’s MSH Combo FAQ is a good place to start. That being said, here are some of my favorites…
“-” means “chain combo”.
“XX” means special/super move cancellation.
"^^" means super jump cancellation
Magneto:
Jumping fierce-roundhouse, dashing standing short-roundhouse (1 hit) XX Magnetic Shockwave/Magnetic Tempest. (I wonder if you can let roundhouse hit twice, cancel into the Tempest, and then OTG? Read further and you’ll understand why I asked.)
Jumping fierce-roundhouse, dashing crouching short-fierce XX Magnetic Shockwave
Jumping fierce-roundhouse, dashing crouching short-fierce XX Magnetic Tempest, (OTG) dashing crouching short-fierce ^^ super jumping jab-short-strong-forward XX Magnetic Tempest. (Cancel the first crouching fierce into the Magnetic Tempest as late as possible and you may actually juggle them, preventing them from rolling out of it. I never got to actually try it, but can Magneto air dash down-forward after that second Magnetic Tempest (MvC2 style) and add more hits?)
Jumping d+short-forward-roundhouse works on bigger characters and jab EM Disruptor combos after medium attacks. (Yes, I know I left out infinites, but my son just woke up.) 
I’ll post Psylocke stuff later. She’s comboriffic.

dude…we just had a long discussion about this in the msh thread.
instead of looking for a tier list, take my foolish advice.
pick a character, study them, practice them, and test em out.
i’m trying to learn ironman, captain america, juggy and psylocke right now.
i know spidey, i know wolvie.
so if you need help with those 2, i can definately show you a thing or 3…ya dig?
take it from me man, going for top tier characters is only gonna get you raped.
there’s always somebody better.
it dont matter who you start with, cuz this is the most BALANCED fighting game in existance.
