ST Vega wall dive
Are we including “super” type moves as well? If so I’d go with Donatello and Leo’s Supers in TMNT Tournament Fighter. I’m pretty sure Donatello’s was unavoidable and Leo’s did MAJOR chip.
As far as special moves yeah ST Vega Wall Dive has to be it. How many other moves can be spammed in a continuous loop with such a high hit % the win? What’s even worse is that it’s got a built in option select i.e. hit or throw. Oh, and to make it even worse his super doesn’t even activate unless it hits, which means as soon as Vega gets super he’s constantly inputting his super motion.
