Here’s come the time to introduce myself.
First, I have known about this thread thanks to other players (Olivier & Louis Philippe who are mainly GGXX player I think and who are mentionned in your tournaments rankings for that game).
I’m also a GGXX player (obviously ! :wgrin: ) and I used to play the KOF 98, too. I’m also a SC player but I guess this is not the point here ! 
I’v read this thread (almost) completely and I’m definitely in favor of console stuff rather than arcade, in the long run. It’s less expensive and no stick (buttons, screen, space …) problems although arcade is unbeatable when it comes to meeting new faces.
As a matter of fact, I’m looking for GGXX partners and I can offer the hosting. My appartment is not that big but I think I can host 2 people at a time because I own only one TV set. However, if someone can bring a 2nd TV, the double number of people can be hosted, of course (going to six in total, including me …). I own two arcade stick for PS2 but they are the japanese style not the north america one. So if you can, bring your own stuff.
If a second TV is brought, a modified XBox can be brought too, needless to say what everybody knows about moded Xbox and arcade emulation ! ^^
I can also move to someone’s place if feasible in common transports without spendinfg half the day in them !

What is Nec 5 ? If is a tournament with GGXX and not too far I COULD be interested.
