Prices are now 3 token per play… why? Only reason is that they are probably closing down. If that’s not the reason then it’s the biggest scam and slap in the face to regulars that supported that arcade.
Nagata: I understand your point of view, but trying to convince some of these arcade owners is like talking to a brick wall. We have it bad here in Montreal, and we’re trying to do the best we can in this situation. I just pray that Mira is working 100% come tournament day.

Well at least at 2000 the tech comes every 2nd day to repair the machines. We might just have to bend over and take it up the ass for the 3 tokens if we want to have a MAT at all this year. Someone want to post up if the tech came to mira and fixed the machines.

as for MIRA, the boss was supposed to come yesterday night…didnt come, then AB told me he was going to come today in the moring…so after my 11:30 class, i went to see…still not fucking fixed, and people were seemingly beasting on the machines even moreso than they already were broken, just to u know, make it even more drastic. anyways, the tech dude merits a fuckin beatdown…he’s supposed to come today before 6…people will be there for the usual 3s showdown, hopefully everything will come into play as soon as possible
JD, I don’t think 3 tokens is such an issue, there will be a lot of players this week-end, so you’ll probably play 1 game every 15 mins for mvc2/3s and 1-2h for cvs2. The only people that would be spending a lot of cash are those playing in the grand finals, so we should maybe change the format to 3 ouf 5 instead of 4 out 7.
BTW, remember last time the tech fixed the MIRA sticks? they were broken again the next day roflz
It’s the principle behind it Nadir. They’re already going to make a huge influx of money over this weekend as compared to other weekends with all the out of towners coupled with their regulars all congregating at the same time. They’re just gouging customers at this point and playing there only lets management know they can get away with that bullshit.

I got a call from Fred saying that all the machines at Mira are getting fixed/repaired as we speak. Everything is in order for tomorrow and this weekend…

So yes! after long long long days of broken stuff.Our buttons are finaly repaired.Why Do i say button? cuz he didnt have stick to change the ones that are broken atm. BUT tmr BEFORE the tourney (hopefuly) he will comeback to change the sticks and all of them (thats what he said). Now lets hope that will be true so that no one can say we have home advantage since every stick will be new to everyone :woot: :smokin:
everything work pretty well…but the joystic on mvc2 …the left player side …u cant barely move down…cant do super or any half circle move …hope they fix the joystic tomorow!! anyways roll super that shit!

Tried the sticks for mvc2 at mira yesterday, both side are somewhat stiff and the left side is still barely-playable-on. Better have them fixed for today.
