Over the past few days I’ve noticed a good number of sticky threads showing up. While some are new, some have been there for a while. All I’m saying is that it’s getting a little crowded. The answer that I have for it is this:
Make a sticky folder or Master thread with a collection of the sticky threads. Call it the Sticky threads collection perhaps. Make sure that people know that it’s required reading for new and old posters alike as it will most likely be updated often by the mods due to the rising number of trolls, bots, picture/phrase/whatever of the month, etc. Hopefully, it’ll help out.

The problem with you, and practically everybody in that thread is that when somebody has something to say that isn’t 100% “OMG MAN, THIS SYSTEM IS THE GREATEST THING EVER I EVEN HAD SEX WITH IT LAST NIGHT” you guys have an issue with it. Like I said in the thread previously, I have never seen a thread full of people who are so insecure/defensive about their purchase.

You’re like “I bet this isn’t happening in the other thread” and you’re right, it isn’t. The reason it isn’t is because most people in that thread don’t give two fucking shits about console wars. All we talk about is games. Noboody is in there is like "Man, I’m so glad this or that is free. Fuck the other system! Those people are stupid! They’re paying 100 dollars a month (or some other made up figure that makes the people superior or secure with their console purchase).
There isn’t article after article after article talking about dominance, or maxing the hardware, or what will look better because of how many terraflops can be processed through the system. Nobody gives a shit. They really don’t.
Meanwhile, everything in regards to the ps3, if it’s negative, is treated like a god damn conspiracy by that thread. There are definitely people who troll the thread but you guys like to label anybody that disagrees with you as a troll. Which is fucking retarded.
Sorry there are people who wouldn’t suck off a PS3 if it had a cock. I have both systems and I think the ps3 is still lacking. I’ve posted that a few times, but most of my responses have been in response to some of the absolutely ludicrous claims and statements that go on in that thread. The only reason that thread exists is because septimus prime is in it all the time. Otherwise I’d be in there banning pretty much everybody that can’t get along with one another.
