Thread question.
I know versus threads are banned, but I’m an arcade only player and now since MvC2 is coming out on PS and XBOX I need to decide which to buy (I know nothing about consoles).
Should I make a thread?
Not looking for a flame war, just a detailed list of the pros and cons for each console and in addition to MvC2 I’ll most likely be buying SF4, BB, KOF12, etc.

Is there any non-biased source where I can get that information?
I know that with the announcement of MvC2 I’m not the only one who can’t decide and would like to know more about the consoles (in comparison to each other).

Guess you’re going to have to make a decision yourself, cause you’re not making a thread about it. It’ll turn into a flamefest. We don’t really want to deal with that.
I say post in each respective threads and try to get a non-biased opinion. That seems hard to do but I would do what everyone else is saying, read each thread, and see what they say. But knowing all the haters on here, its going to be tough getting that “non-biased opinion.” but yeah, just ask what are pros and cons in each thread, or look around in them to try to find them yourself, and make a decision based on that. I’m saying this as a ps3 user, recently got mine, but I can see the pros of having a 360 over the ps3, and vise versa. If anyone tells you one system is better than the other, ignore them, there shouldn’t really be too much a difference to you if you say you are an arcade goer. Just giving my .02, hope it helps.
edit: let me also ask, are you into any other genres of games? Because there are some console specific games you may want to look at for each system. If you like more of the games for ps3 better than on 360 or vise versa, get that system. Like how ps3 (remember I have ps3 so I don’t know too much about 360) has MGS4, Disgaea 3, and other good games. I know that 360 has Gears of War, but thats all I know it has. Get whatever system you feel more comfortable with the game selection. Good luck on your choice. And I hope you are happy with your purchase.

I asked Pryde to close it yesterday. I made a mistake and just trying to fix it. Just trying to get used to the posting, forums and the threads but at this point, I won’t be making threads anytime soon considering my reputation will be is going downhill.
