Modding Hori Fightstick. Where do I begin?

So I got a Hori Soul Calibur 4 Stick which I’m pretty sure is the same as a Hori Fightstick 3. I don’t even know where to begin though. What materials do I need? How do I go about it. Is there too much soldering/dremel work then it’s worth. I don’t really want to buy another stick though.

If you don’t want to buy another stick then the soldering and dremel work is worth it alone.

Thanks How do I do the wiring though? That looks like a ridiculous amount of work. I’m starting to think it’s a better idea just to get a SE stick and not have to deal with all that soldering, dremeling, and cutting.
