I’ve figured for a while that the game isn’t going to be close to publicly playable by EVO. Now if there were a panel, and recorded footage of it, I’d be more than down with that. Last year, the EVO guys put a theme on MikeZ’s Skullgirls panel, that “There’s no greater way to express your love for games than to make your own.” A Fighting is Magic panel would be an excellent continuation of that, and an example of how to create a fighting game around an… uh… “unorthodox” setting.
Then again, the Devteam might just be getting things ready for their Canterlot Gardens panel instead. (-_-)
