It took me an entire season, plus the discord episodes. It was the shot for shot recreation of the award ceremony from the first Star Wars movie that hooked me. I said to myself, “Little girls don’t get Star Wars references. I get Star Wars references.” Finding out that Discord was directly inspired by Q from TNG was just icing on the cake.
You force yourself to watch the entire season before you decided you enjoy the show?
Took me 4 episodes and I was like “fuck this!”

It amuses me how none of you have figured out Pozer’s gimmick yet. He’s a poser. He’s always being ironic, which means if it’s contrary to the topic, the post’s meaning is the exact opposite of what it says.

The new episode wasn’t everything I hoped it would be.
I think they reigned in Pinkie Pie too much. This was a great opportunity for Pinkie Pie to be Pinkie Pie, but I suppose that would’ve made it rather difficult to push the Dear Princess Celestia they were going with this week.
IDK, the least they could’ve done was give Pinkie a parlor scene that was as good as Twilight’s, but time really wasn’t having that.
Guess I’ll give it a miss then.
Then again Pinkie Pie episodes tend to be hit or miss.

But lawdy, that was such a boring mystery
A few good jokes here and there
But in this show they’re everywhere
The plot just didn’t interest me
It wasn’t at all fun to see.
I liked it when Twilight solved the case
But the rest was just empty space
