How far is this game in development since i have not kept track in recent months?
Is this gonna be Pc or downloadable title?
I don’t watch the show, but the fighter looks amusing and fun so as long as the game feels solid enough I’ll check it out.
Okay, stay with me here…
How cool would it be if Apple Jack had a special move that made an apple fall in one of three set places at the top of the screen, and as they slowly fall they cannot collide with the enemy. However- If A.J. bucks the apple with her St.C (or j.c!) it would become a horizontal-moving projectile.
I just want to see some apple bucking guys!
Jesus why can’t I stop thinking about this game- It’s infected me, and it’ll happen to you guys soon enough! I know they probably don’t have the time to add in these things… I’m just posting ideas in the hopes that you guys will do the same and maybe we’ll have something to talk about until release!
I think they’ve been working on it for 7+ months and its still “several months away” from release.
I believe this is just going to be a PC downloadable title

Haha, yeah, I was the Applejack that was on for far too long, but I wouldn’t go as far as to say that I was good. All I did was apply basic things from other games and played as basic as possible like a scumbag. If there was someone that was good, it was the Twilight Sparkle player that I got to talk to about the game for a while. That guy really helped out by showing everyone how to play and actually tried really hard to invent new combos on the fly, so for that, I’d say he was the best. Shoutouts to you, dude who I talked Applejack theory with; you’re a pretty cool dude.
I wish I had known about the game on Friday(Supposedly it was also up on Friday?) so that I could have played around with it more. It’s only funny that I said I ended combos with Applebuck because I didn’t even get to really experiment with her EX/D version of it, which probably has far more combo potential. I would have also liked to try out more things with Applequake. I can’t wait to see your upcoming stream and find out just what ol’ AJ is all about. ;D
p.s. Applejack’s headbanging should be considered a special because it’s just so gosh darn cute and awesome.
All I know is I enjoyed every minute of the mlp stream at evo.

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for showing off high-level play of this game. Rarity was particularly impressive when used properly. Also thanks for answering the stream’s questions! I cannot stress enough how wonderful this game is looking so far.
Still maining Pinkie though. The Birthday Present Mixup looks godlike, though I imagine extremely difficult to do.

Wow. Watching the stream made me realize that I was using Applejack at only 1% potential. I can’t wait until this game comes out so that I can experiment with launcher/B Applebuck into C lasso for Magic Meter and possibly an extended combo. The possibilities with Quick Escape to position for extended combos like after maybe a Buster Hoof or possibly even C/D Applebucking when mid-3/4 screen just made me shudder in excitement. I wish I hadn’t overlooked such an awesome ability during the Evo playtest. Also, APPLEBUCKING GOES THROUGH PROJECTILES? GODLIKE.
