First i wanted to play as Kratos but hes gonna be baned in tournaments, so i thought i could play Goro now he isnt playable too fuck that. Im gonna stick probably to Kabal now…
Don’t care about playing as the bosses, there is enough variety in character selection without them.
While it’s lame at least it’s closer to the original concept the MK2 developers had for him. Being Goro with tiger stripes is equally as lame.
No Motaro pisses me off. He’s one of my favorite MK bosses. With no Motaro who gonna lead Khan’s death squad’s once it reaches the MK3 part of the story? This is bullshit.

Yeah we do, he said Goro and Shoa Khan are not playable, nothing bout Kintaro and they could be pulling our leg to counter all the leaks, because looking at the confirmed leaks Goro and Kintaro have intros and endings, not to mention all the other hints and clues to them being playable.

Honestly it was nice to watch again, hadn’t seen it since it came out. Good match.
What really made me remember was Sonya’s win quote at the end, it sounds like they altered her speech to make it sound like her jaw is fucked up or she’s missing teeth. Pretty cool feature. I distinctly remembered noticing that before.
i would have preferred that goro and kintaro be playable, and shao khan and motaro be unplayable bosses. Goro and Kintaro could have been the zangief and t.hawk of MK9.
oh well.
I just hope the game isn’t totally unbalanced. If only a couple characters are viable this game is going to be balls. I know they said they were going to patch the game if stuff was found that was broken, I just hope they have it fixed up in time for evo or it’s going to be a disaster scene.
Takartans can’t lead shit. They are a bunch of cannibalistic savages. I can see them being the squads but not leading them.
Some nice footage there. Reptile got all his MK2 moves which is great. His design ain’t bad neither. I could do without the beak shaped mask.
it’s old, but the build is newer than the demo and EM still has armor/invincibility which makes me think it will stay in the game.

Honestly from a visual standpoint, I really hope they did something with the hair physics. Regardless this game’s hype is ineludible.
Yeah, I do have to say the hair physics are a bit painful; Kitiana’s looks like it’s a tentacle with a mind of its own at times.
It never ceases to amaze me how the five-year-old Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines has better hair physics than a decent amount of modern games.
