…yet Dead Space 2, GoW3, a shitload of other violent games, plus the movies like Saw ARENT banned there.
Yet for MK9 distribution AND import are forbidden. Reason: fatalities (most of which were in previous games which WERENT banned)
Sounds to me like somebody’s business rivals funded someone to make that decision happen.
Also “up to four per character.” sounds like EVERY character will have four fatalities, but wasn’t it confirmed somewhere that every character would have two fatalities (and some would get extra fatalities from pre-ordering or buying DLC)?
I believe Quan Chi(among others) was…semi-confirmed when a leak involving audio quotes surfaced a couple months ago. Doubt said voice clips are available to listen to now. Baraka was of course semi-confirmed via that X-Ray Video.
So, I guess if there was doubt; there shouldn’t be now. I do wish that Netherrealm would just reveal more characters and more information related to the game…I guess they’re either saving it for March(I bet they’ll call it “Mortal March”), or they’re not going to reveal much else at all besides those story clips and those wacky “What if” vids involving the Netherrealm staff. Smart business strategy, I guess. Can’t blow your load like Capcom always does, gotta let your fans stew in anticipation while you show…nothing.
Kabal and Quan Chi are both confirmed in a document regarding the Australian rejection of the game. The document talk about some fatalities, these includes Kabal, Quan Chi, Baraka and even Jade.
