What up folks, what’s the missasauga scene like? I live in Oakville just lookin for some casuals before heading back to school in Ottawa.
Some of the best people in the GTA scene live in Sauga. We don’t have a public venue like TOSF, A&C, or Heroes World, so most of the casuals here are privately held in people’s homes. Not everyone is open to inviting strangers into their house (understandably), so your best bet is to go out and meet the scene through casuals at the above venues or tournaments. It’s not an option for everyone, so the alternatives would be to start your own group or host your casuals at your place.
As evident by the thread, there are a lot of people willing to go to casuals, but not host 
I see… Well, I’d be down for having a few people over to my place but I only have one TV and one xbox and I don’t want people just wandering the house waiting for there turn to play… lol
I have a laptop that has SSF4 on it , screen is only 17" though so that might be a problem
Does have an HDMI out so if somebody brings another monitor we can use it

And now you understand why people don’t want to invite YOU over if they don’t know you? Honestly if you’re new and you’re looking for people to play, invite people over to your place. Stop complaining about there being nowhere to play. Do you play at home? If so, you have a tv and a system - ask people over.

In all seriousness about the about the casuals/lack of public place ect blah blah blah. Its best to go to A & C on a Wednesday to meet people and play games. If you have to take a bus its not too too bad its under 1h if you live square one or east of square one, if you live west you can get there in an hour by taking the GO.

Well, its at Pmall not the sauga playdium. It starts at 12pm and its single elimination.
12pm on a friday? This tourney sounds like it’s only open to high school delinquents, jobless hobos, or reading week students who have nothing better to do.
