But yea for me using MSS which I never use… I really didnt fuck anything up. I can finally hit 5 fierce combos off sent rocket punch assist which i could never do before, which are the dirtiest thing in MvC2, which are a must when you have magneto, which pwn psylocks face.
Anyways… yea… I dont think I’m gonna use MSP anymore very much. I finally see what its like having a magneto with an assist thats just as good (if not better… depends on what u want i guess) and a 3rd character to fight that actually does good dmg! Psy is so pussy shes usually either dead or close to it once she comes out and yea… gg to MSP. MSS though u just DHC into sent from storm and gg anyone :). Its so dirty lol. I never use to be able to time it for some reason cuz I never did it… but I think I did it flawlessly today.
I miss my unmashable tempests though :(. Someone must teach me how to do them with sent assist! I know I’ve seen it done. Also, someone has to teach me sent. Bry teach me sent in secret and then I’m gonna pwn everyone randomly one day.

Here’s the deal… MSS is an overall better team if people can regularly block your magneto when using MSP. Reason being is probably that you make the most out of a c.lk hit with MSS and you have storm sent to back up the team. MSP however is for magnetos which are able to land many hits. Why do I say this… I figure if your magneto is good enough, MSP will be all you need to kill the person, and sentinel shouldn’t factor in. Overall, psylocke is a better mixup assist and helps out magnetos game much better than sentinel. She sets up infintes/snapbacks better than sentinel, and if your reactions are fast enough, that makes all the difference in the world. Not to mention after those snapbacks, magneto can guardbreak the character, into infinte, into unmashable tempest with psy into DHC for the kill. That’s a completely free character for being able to hit a snapback on them, even easier if the character isn’t at full health. (BTW, I know bry would say here that you can do exactly the same with sentinel assist, but we all know that psylocke assist will hit more than sentinel assist in any given match if your magneto is fast.)
I guess my point is that sure MSS is a great team, but in many circumstances I think that at higher level play than say… we see in Canada, MSP is the better team.
Also, bry won’t teach you sentinel… you gotta ask him questions and he’ll answer every one perfectly, but it has to be like that

He said that if I started with MSP, I should continue to use MSP and nothing but MSP. He said its hard to be good with MSP but eventually you will get really good and be able to kill people a lot easier.
… Psylocke is just so damn pussy though. Even though I actually manage to do good damage with her even if someone snaps me in with her. I think I’ve got ok and building 2 bars and simply smacking an air combo and DHC in their face.
Why wont bry teach me sent? :(. I honestly need sticks and DC for 1 weekend, someone to tell me what to do in every situation with sent then let me practice his retarded combos and fast fly shit in training mode. I guarantee I will go nuts with him dammit!
*My plan is to use MSS for a while to get use to doing more magneto combos that dont rely on psylocke, thus making my MSP more god like than it already is, which is hard to believe I know.
