Well, I’d say I’m educated, just not in geeky SF jargon. I prefer terms like “thingamabob”, “doohickie”, “super-shits”, and “shenanigans.” For example, instead of using the term “frame-trap”, I’d simply call it “a cluster fuck of bogus bullshit!”
I usually consider that superior commentating anyways. If it gets the point across and actually adds some entertainment value I’m all for it.
Can you rush my matches too Gene? I’m an old man and playing Rufus takes work… I get sleepy.

ahhh, two and out, the classic “first-timer” stereotype =( good games to those I played, which was like two and a half people total, but it was fun regardless and I’m excited for GnG championships.
lol! finals was so dead after the WI guys left. no stream either so whatever. though it was still fun. funny how close you and i almost lost, you to adam and me to rick.

excellent games to everyone I played and excited at the real progress I’ve shown and excited to go back to practice for the guys that beat me and for the guys I know can beat me. the competition keeps me alive in this game. awesome turn out and a big thanks to gene for throwing down another sick tournament, where would we be without GnG?
stefan, tones, izzy, caleb, lucky thank you for the great games. and I want to give an especially big thank you to EVERYONE in the MNSF scene who took the time to talk to me (as a newb) over the last year or so and helped guide my game along to where it is today, as always i’m still learning but i feel the progression is definitely there and has shown itself consistently. thank you.

Now, to address something non-SSF4 related… that girl that was there w/ the clipboard, whoever’s friend it was that was persistently trying to get me to donate to the help-the-asian-kids-fund… UMMMMMM, not cool. I found it somewhat irritating. I was trying to be nice about it by making up excuses to not do it because I had to go, but she keppptttt trying to sell me. That’s the point where I get annoyed because I had places to be and was already running behind.
Her: :sales pitch insert here, show me stuff:
Me: I don’t have cash on me, sorry
Her: well there’s ATM’s
Me: well I don’t want to pay an ATM fee just to donate
Her: well I’ll pay for it
Me: well, I just can’t donate, I have too many other things I need to pay for and am just gettin by.

…AND on top of that, to approach me with the line “are you hmong, my mom(or whatever) is Hmong too” as an opening sales pitch? Seriously??? Instantly, I got irritated because, first of all, though I am NOT ashamed to be Hmong, if I’m gonna donate, it’s not because the sales person’s mom is Hmong or because you’re Hmong. It’s because I feel the want to support the cause. And then on top of that, I don’t like donating dollars cause if it’s gonna be a donation, it’s gonna be a decent amount of $$$.
So… to that girl, SERIOUSLY, I REALLY DO GIVE YOU PROPS FOR WHAT YOU’RE DOING, but when someone is OBVIOUSLY not interested/too busy/on the run…please stop.

Yeah I hate when that happens. When people are too pushy like that with donations, I usually tell them to give me a donation. This pisses some of them off and they’ll go into a tirade about how I don’t deserve it. I just sit back and enjoy the ride. If they’re going to waste my time, I might as well waste theirs as well.
It did die off pretty dramatically for the end there, was kind of sad since you and Kliq had a rather dramatic few matches. I’m gunnin’ for you next time though man, no sleep deprivation clutch loss madness come GNGC.
There were some good Honda’s yesterday. I did feel bad for y’all getting constantly approached by the clipboard chick. I felt kind of lucky when I realized she was ignoring all the white people.
