Just a reminder, I’d like to invite all you fools over for some gamin’ on Sunday anytime after 4pm until 11. I will of course have the EVO finals streaming while we play. I have one large CRT, one small CRT, and a third large CRT if we are willing to carry it upstairs. I only have an xbox so if you’re coming over, please bring your ps3. Also, if you have an easy to transport CRT or monitor please bring that. Hopefully you can all make it.

Such an exciting, but stupid MvC3 final. It’s not surprising that a Phoenix team won, but I was hoping someone would win without her. PR Balrog played brilliantly and did everything he could to win it without using her, but I guess that doesn’t matter when your opponent picks the best OTG and meter charging character in the game, the best assist in the game, and the single-most broken character in a fighting game since vanilla Sagat. As Seth Killian put it,“Phoenix isn’t just a member of your team, she’s an X-factor in and of herself and so many people have played this game and shouldn’t have won, but did soley because of her.”

Yeah, but PR Balrog’s level 3 on Phoenix was the most exciting thing I’ve seen all tournament. I’m not even a big Marvel fan.

I’ve never seen that game before, but it did look like the most realistic fighter I’ve ever seen…after all, hawks are some scary mother-fuckers. Just think about it…you’re just taking a nice stroll outside, minding your own business, then WHAM!..mother-fuckin hawk got your mother-fuckin eyes. You never saw it coming, and you never will again…

God, the Evo finals REALLY made me wish I could get out there sometime. I’d kill to go to Evo 2012, but my goal is to find a job by Evo 2012. v_v
