Dimensions seem off after bending the plastic.
As exemple the part from the photo (the bottom shiny one) is NOT suppose to get so long under the button, but supposed to be FLUSH.
Also, I forget to make the counter sink BEFORE bending for the top screw.
As suspected, there was a storm. And a strong one.
Thin plastic frame broke because I maniuplated them too much.
Here on the neon part. http://i.imgur.com/JlaqGAem.jpg
It also broke on a corner of the screen part.
And this is not beacause the other measurements were wrong, but really because bending the plastic really extend it.
As proof is the side part, wich was design to include the thickness of the plastic: http://i.imgur.com/Vf9Bxqjm.jpg
It is less than 5mm but it’s still a gap
Now rebending the plastic is not a solution, I need to reprint a neon support, and wait an order new sides with 5mm longer top.
Thanks guys.
No idead for the kits. I’m working on an other project right now, and some co-workers asked me for bartop/full cab.
I’m already looking at least for the rev2, with a better joystick, a real backlight for the marquee, maybe different buttons and espcially the HDMI output actually working at 480p (currently working only at 1080p, but out-of-sync at 480p, and I’ve isolate the problem but have no idea why).
