Seriously I cared about this game before the shitstorm. Then after finding out about Dina, all the greedy wanting more funding $100,000 JUST for voice actors for the animated series, and now another one??? Yeah I want to see new Mega Man and Mega Man Legends. But not like this shit. Like a post said before maybe capcom was the good guy all along? Or the better devil of the two? I thought a lot more of Inafune before this but not now. If he’s just greedy the whole way I can’t support his games. Maybe the reason why Legends 3 didn’t happen was because Inafune was being a ass about that too? Honestly seems like Inafune is just as much of a bad guy as capcom is at this point.
And yeah it’s business I get that. My father ran a business for 30+ years. I saw shit a lot of shit go down with that too. Inafune has that problem a lot of people in japan do. Pride. And I bet you that pride ruined his chances for Legends 3 and anything else. Also I won’t be buying any of the games at release either. And I didn’t and won’t back any of his stuff. I won’t turn around and suddenly buy the games day of release or ever too. Plus all the intentional cock teases with delays and such too. Notice how the Mighty No. 9 delay didn’t actually happen till almost right at a uncertain release date? That was done on purpose too. Probably some marketing scheme too. Inafune’s going to make you guys eat shit till you stop supporting it. Funny thing is if the fans of mega man could get along for long enough they could have made something like Mighty No. 9 or even better and still have it be a mega man game. People are just going to reskin and mod that to be mega man too anyway on steam. Plus they wouldn’t even need the magic of “constarter” or pay-tron either.
So yeah I want to see the golden years of mega man again myself. But the way the industry is now I don’t see it happening again solely due to pride and bullshit issues. I think only the fans at this point could make the mega man we want to see now. And yeah I’ve seen some of the fan stuff too. Some of it is really good.

Inafune was just hired to clean up the initial design sketches as his cartoony style was a better fit for the spriters’ work.
He only gets as much credit as he does because he fought to keep the series going after the first game and convinced them to let the team work on MM2*(which would go on to change everything for Capcpom)…*

MN9 is shaping up to be a fun game, not quite as excited as I was when it was announced, but still worthy of being on my PSV which is usually reserved for the upper echelon of games as I do only have 64 gigs =P.
