hey nate, I’ll be bringing a backup stick tonight just in case one should unfortunately break down. you can use that if you don’t have time to finish yours.
I’d be eternally grateful. That would mean I could basically be a guarantee for the night. Like I said, I only need a few minutes at home for my stick to be completely done. It’s just a matter of whether or not I can sneak out early (Like I was suposed to). If I can use a backup (even though It’s lame and I always feel like a mooch, lately), I could come out even if I get boned into working til 5.

As long as Jim’s being my knight in shining armor for a backup stick, I can make sure I’m on the train by 5:30. If I get to leave in the next few minutes, I’ll go home and finish off my stick and bring it. Otherwise, I’ll rely on Jim being cooler than me.
