The week after is A-Cen, so while I was thinking of those dates, competing with a large Anime convention wasnt something I wanted to do.

My only concern is that forming 5 man teams is kinda hard compared to 3 man and, well im speaking for myself, I really wouldnt want some random dude that I dont know on my team that may flake out or something.

Teams Announcement:
Sunday May 9th - 12 Noon
SSF4 and T6 Teams begins.
-3 on 3, 30 dollars per team to enter.
-Double elimination bracket
-Players cannot change characters
-Teams cannot have duplicate characters
-Evo style matches, in which you set a team order that you must stick to the entire tournament.
-Single Game, 2/3 rounds (3/5 rounds in tekken). The loser is eliminated, the winner goes to the back of his team’s order. Repeat until one team is out of players.
-Example: The first three matches will always be Team A Player1 vs Team B Player 1, then Team A Player 2 vs Team B Player 2, then Team A Player 3, vs Team B Player 3. Recycle the order with remaining players there after.
-Payout is 70%/30% to the first and 2nd place teams if 8 or more teams enter. If less than 8 teams enter, it will be winner take all.
At 4:00pm, SSF4 Random-Teammates 5 on 5 Begins
-Enter alone for $5 with your character
-You will be randomly sorted onto teams of 5 players with no overlapping characters
-Rules are the same as the other team tournaments otherwise
-Please try to make friends and help or learn from other players during this event.

Shirts will be available first-come-first-serve for 12 dollars each. (15 dollars for 2XL and 3XL sizes)
Travel Mugs, Stick Sacks, and Hats will also be available in very limited quantities, so again, first come first serve.
How much will the stick sacks be?
Mugs will probably be 10 dollars (stainless steel outside, plasic inside), and Bags/Hats will be 20-25. The bags are really nice, and the hats are embroidered, not screened.

Welp, with the new announcement for teams there is absolutely no way I’ll be modding on Sunday, so if anyone’s interested in having mods done, I should have some time free fairly soon to catch up on some (been busy with other projects). Then after MWC I’ll be available as well to get you guys ready for EVO if you’re interested.
