Mid-Cities Thread (Midland-Odessa) Now with BarFights!

Don’t know what’s wrong with you guys, but I’ve had the game since midnight and I haven’t been to sleep yet… My sentinel will rule you all.

I have some news concerning our side of the city vs city. There will be 5 spots. 4 are taken; Sh!n, Bryan, Dan and Myself. The fifth spot we should have a mini-tournament for, maybe a round-robin kinda thing. The way I see it, we have at least 3 contenders for the final spot, assuming you want to play to rep Odessa/Midland; Adrian aka Shenlongbo, DavidStar, and Nachum if he wants to participate. We should have casuals and see who takes the spot. Although I haven’t gotten the OK yet, come to Cole’s/Bryan’s place Friday night for some games of mainly SSFIV. See you all there.

Also, what system are you using for the tourny? I got all my sticks for ps3…

That information is Jams Department. In levelland somewhere. SSF4 will b on 360 im almost positive.

Off work again tonight, guys… the only night I’m ever off. I’m trying again to see if anyone wants to play, but… I’m starting to wonder if you’re all just figments of my imagination. I’m gonna be out for about an hour or two, and when I come back, I’m gonna check here to see if anyone responded.

For clarification the “Lubbock Tournament” is the “Levelland Tournament”. I’ll txt jam and ask him to post the adress information.

Also David, You can ride with me to the tournament.

Don’t forget, Tomorrow (Friday) at 7 try to be at Bryan’s house in Odessa (Where we used to hold ranbats). SSFIV is going down and some MvC3 afterwards.

$5 fee for SSFIV singles.
$3 fee for MvC3

Double elimination

Also, a side City Vs. City tournament.

BYOC (Bring your own controller)

Tournament is now being held @ Pizza Hut in Levelland!!!

1203 College Ave.
Levelland, TX

Super easy to get to if you have been in Levelland before.

The guys over at Pizza Hut are being awesome and letting us use their “Party Room” from till 7PM! Tournament starts @ 3PM!!! Get there around 2:30 to register!!!

4 hours is ample time to run 2 tournaments. Plus, they aren’t charging a venue fee. They just ask that you buy food and drinks!!!

Yeah, I hope everyone reads this too. Sorry bout the late notice guys. It’s just we collaborated with ‘the hut’ @ the last minute and they were more than welcome to the idea. It gives the community more attention rather than just having it at someones house. Also, i like pizza

Also, as far as I know, there is only one tournament in Levelland. The one we are throwing @ ‘Pizza Hut’. I put those flyers up @ gamestop and I could have sworn I told them to tell people to call me. lol.
